It's fairly clean, wonderful hotel and the staff is excellent and amiable. The building is nice and the rooms are good-sized and well priced with the necessary utensils and cupboards, for instance. There is a fridge and a microwave.

We got excellent value for our money at this aparthotel. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and had a beautiful terrace with great views. The location was convenient, close to the metro station, shops, and restaurants. The staff, especially Anna, Marina, and Paula, were extremely friendly and accommodating.
The breakfast offerings could be improved.

The receptionist's treatment, whose name is Borja, was excellent. We had some problems when we arrived at the hostel, but he strongly helped us to solve them. The room was very clean, comfortable and practical.

Kitchen utencils should have been available - or hotel reception should have explained how to obtain them.

The value for my money was fantastic, and the room was comfortable and well-equipped. The location was convenient, close to public transportation and within walking distance of great restaurants. The staff at the hotel were professional and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.
The food for breakfast could have been better.

The hotel is very close to Tetuan Metro station. It only took 15 minutes to sol Metro station. This was a plus if you want to be in a quieter part of town than compared to plaza mayor area. No complaints from this hotel hopper.

Decent size apartment and the ability to self-cater was just the ticket for a week's stay in Madrid. All very comfortable and clean (cleaned every day!). Free Wifi. Reception staff very helpful. Good supermarket only 3 blocks away.Very close to Metro and only 10-15 mins into the centre.
The kitchen was in a cupboard which wasn't an issue as well-enough equipped. However the sliding doors were a bit of a nuisance as you could only use certain sections of the kitchen at a time. Would do better with doors that completely open both sides.
